- Return requests must be submitted within the return period(s) listed below:
- Original Artwork: Seven (7) calendar days from the delivery date
- Reprint: thirty (30) calendar days from the date of delivery
- Return requests received outside the stated return period(s) will not be accepted
- Return shipments must be arranged through Art-chy and sent in their original packaging (including all certificates received with the order).
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of customers unless otherwise noted
- Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment once the artwork has been received by the artist
- All refunds will be subject to the exchange rate at the time of processing and funds will be remitted in US dollars.
- Returns will not be accepted for any artwork that has been drawn, cropped, or altered in any capacity after purchase.
